PLEASE NOTE THAT UPON SUBSCRIBING OUR SERVICE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO THE COVERED ASPECTS, AND THAT YOU HEREBY ‘CONFIRM AND AGREE’ TO THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS MENTIONED IN THIS SECTION.   2. Contact Number / Cellphone Number
  3. IMEI Number (International Mobile Equipment Identity Number, a 15-17 digit number)
  4. GSM network carrier / Service provider
  5. Your Name 
  6. In rare cases, where address is a requirement, usually to ensure post-purchase satisfaction, your postal code.

We guarantee that the above-mentioned information will not be subject to disclosure including any of the following:

  • Banks and the related Financial Institutions

The third-party websites are a source of statistical analysis concerning website visits, etc. Information is shared only for the above-mentioned purpose and the third-party website is obligated not to disclose information to others. Furthermore, the third-party website is also obligated not to disclose information to marketing / advertising agencies / websites as is explained in under section (1.1).

(2.0) USE OF SERVICES

The service under this section refers to the unlocking facility and its uses that will be availed by the end-user.

It is important to note here that the process will only be initiated once the payment has been confirmed by our agent. Information regarding confirmation of payment will be sent directly to the email along with the initiation of order, with the estimated completion date.

Theimeiunlock.com provides service for network search / confirmation and IMEI status. However, we cover all networks for unlocking services, services for some networks will always be delayed due to Service Provider conflicts with the administrator (outside the scope of unlocking service providers). To ease the end-user, we provide mail subscription enabling users to get information regarding price changes and service unlocking for unavailable service providers. 

Services for unlock (as provided by us) are completely legal in Europe and North America and the Subcontinent Region (Asia). Information regarding regions outside of as mentioned, the legal issues associated with it, and factors that can affect the use of iDevice (any aspect deemed as inappropriate) will be the responsibility of end-user. Please read your local laws and regulations regarding unlocking and conflicts with service providers in your region.

DalPay Retail is the reseller of services provided by Mobee Solutions. dalpay.is +1877-8657746 will appear on your card statement. Your card issuer may charge you an International Service Fee. This fee is controlled and charged by your bank or debit/credit card issuer, not by DalPay or its banks. Please refer to www.INTLServiceFee.com for details

(2.1) Service Delivery Time

The services offered on this website are purely based on legal unlocking of iDevices which includes GSM iPhones and iPads and iDevices that use a service provider (like Vodafone, etc.) in order to enable the customer to communicate from end to end. 

Since Apple, Inc. is our only source of final unlocking of iDevice, the percentage of different carriers (throughout the world) handled at a time will be different and the service status will be different for each carrier. At times, the user may experience service unavailability as well.

Each service unlocking has its own delivery time that is informed to the customer before-hand. PLEASE CLEAR ANY QUERIES WITH OUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE BEFOREHAND. WE ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS AND END-USERS TO CLEAR THEIR QUERIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Service suspension: It might happen that the subscriber has placed an order and the service unlocking for the concerned network has been suspended temporarily. In this case, there will be no refund has it is outside our control. However, this happens rarely, services are suspended without issuing notice. 

Service cancellation: Service cancellation for each unlock request has a different time and the delivery dates will vary considering the fact that service providers manage / change time without issuing notice. However, for cancellation of services, the subscriber must keep in mind to:

  • Each service has a different delivery time frame.
  • Cancelation cannot be processed before the delivery time is completed.
  • Refunds are only given on unlocks.

(3.0) Customer

It is the responsibility of the customer to know the network of their service provider before visiting this website.

A customer should be aware of the handset condition (legality and theft) before subscribing services from this website. The website will not be responsible if the processed order is a fraud because of the stolen / reported stolen handset.

For easing our customers, theimeiunlock.com provides the status of IMEI of a given handset. Please refer to the particular section in our website for a detailed review regarding your phone’s identity.

As mentioned above, changes in delivery status will be delivered to the customer accordingly. But service unavailability is not guaranteed as the networks may suspend service temporarily without issuing a prior notice.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED ON OUR HOME PAGE. THE NEWS FEED SECTION AND BLOGS WILL ALSO HIGHLIGHT THESE CHANGES ACCORDINGLY FOR THE INFORMATION OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND END-USERS.
